A horror classic... by Josh Miller (February 3, 2005)
Christopher Young really came into the spotlight when he composed the score for Clive Barker's Hellraiser. After rejecting a soundtrack provided by the industrial band Coil, Barker found refuge in Young and his haunting compositions. To this day, Hellraiser still has some of the most terrifying cues ever put into an orchestra. Since when does a horror film get it's own romance theme? Maybe here and there, but not as good as the one in Hellraiser. Definitely make this a top priority if you love horror music, and/or you want to hear some vintage Young.
