Not too shabby,

Manfredini is a well-known horror composer whose best work is also amongst his least known, such as "DeepStar Six" and "House 2". He has also done a few boring-as-hell scores, such as "Friday The 13th" (which, ironically, is the score that made him famous). "Wishmaster" falls somewhere between these two extremes, having many strong cues but also having some that seemed to have come right out off of a 'generc horror film music' assembly line. As a whole though, this is actually a pretty decent score. Some of the strongest tracks are "Opening Credits" and "Final Wish". Those falling into the later category consist of cues such as "The Party Gets Memorable" and the like are loud and bass-heavy pieces that rely too heavily upon chaotic, overbearing horns and strings. Either way the score is a decent listen, and with over 53 minutes of music, I'm not complaining.

A final note--this CD was a genuine release, NOT a bootleg as indicated by Soundtrack Collector. You can still buy it on Amazon.com, though the price is a little high.
