Director Daniel Sackheim did a very poor job on this film, a plot that so thin, makes you think you seen this story before or even several times...but the high point of this venture is the SCORE! Mr. Young weaves a musical tapestry, conjuring up themes of dark gloomy textures with a blend of tensely disturbing passages, mixed with a chilling aura that will make your blood run cold.

Haunting and Beautiful
Christopher Young's haunting and creepy score for THE GLASS HOUSE is one that you will not forget. It's filled with many beautiful sounds and piano melodies. ***** out of *****! I highly recommend this one to people who appreciate the work of composers.

Young Has Sung Again!
Yet another teriffic score by Christopher Young. Horror fans might find it slightly reminiscent of URBAN LEGEND. It also has the usual dramatic style of music that Christopher Young is so wonderfully experienced at producing. I highly recommend this for people who liked thriller scores such as I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER, URBAN LEGEND, URBAN LEGENDS: FINAL CUT, WHAT LIES BENEATH, and just about any film score along those lines.

Another good thing about this score is that, even though there were L.A. restrictions on length, resulting in 35+ minutes album, it doesn't really miss a whole lot of good cues. Basically the score, except for the action cues, is repetitive. I love, and want, a complete version of repetitive scores, but in this case, I could do without it. A big thanks to the folks at Varese Sarabande Records for investing in this album (considering that it may not sell well, given the unpopularity of the movie). And a special thanks to Christopher Young for lending his talents.
