Love it!
It's like putting 10 good CD's in your multi-disc player and hitting "shuffle". True, it doesn't have the "official" theme song, but I got over that quick after listening to this CD about 17 times the day I got it! I love the Missy Elliot track. The only sour note for me is Bette Midler's "Love TKO" -- it's rather sour and boring. I usually just skip over it.

Good Mix of Tunes, but don't expect the theme song...
in its original version. This is a great mix of artists that generally capture the feel of the show. Particularly good tracks-I found taste the tears; love TKO; the time is now. If you like Aimee Mann, you'll love Calling it Quits. I was disappointed with the Tom Jones track (highly predicatble) and the Groove Armada renidition of the theme. But whoever compiled these selections did a wonderful job of shaking up the mix!

Okay, this a great collection of sexy tunes to accompany your idea of SEX AND THE CITY. But are you ready for the bad news? The theme song is not on here -- it's a very slow remix by GROOVE ARMADA. And if you are looking for the song "MORE,MORE,MORE" that they are using in the promos...it's not on here either. They have another remix which renders the song a little differently than what you are hearing on HBO. This is not a "true soundtrack" because none of these songs appear in the series. But if you are a fan of the artists, it is a worthy investment! I love the Missy Misdemeanor Elliot song "Hot Boyz". And Aimee Mann provides a poignant take on a couple that just won't work out (sort of Big and Carrie maybe) on "Calling It Quits". And the songs are all very good, but be warned that the music is altered from what you hear on the show.
