A little touch of magic by Horner
by
Felipe Vásquez (December 1, 2001)
You can say anything about James Horner, except that he doesn't do the job. For example, this score is not a masterpiece, but it has beatiful melodies that are very emotional and really make you put full attention on every note of the music.
As always on Horner, the orchestration it's wonderful, sounding "right" everytime. This score is quiet and beatiful... but maybe that's also the bad side: it can be boring after a few listens.
