Its one of the best soundtracks ever. Period. James Horners early works are the greatest
by a soundtrack collector (January 10, 2006)
Personal Bias. I love horns.

This is a soundtrack you can enjoy all the time. Just listening to it brings the movie back like the first time you saw it. Even people who have just seen the movie a couple of times can recognize it. I loved Horners early works so much I bought Soundtracks without seeing the movie as soon as I saw his name as the composer.

The CD follows the Vinyl LP exactly. Same times on the tracks. I've bought 4 recordings of this soundrack. 2 LPs one to replace the one that died. 2 CDs one domestic and one Imported japanese in the vain hope the it had the one que missing that I loved the best that was never released.

It is the end of the battle in the Mutara Nebula. Where the Enterprise finally gets the drop on the Reliant and takes it down. It is never been released..

To this I say EXTENDED edition PLEASE!!!
