Best Friends Are Forever by Godwin Borg (October 20, 2004)
Basil Poledouris excels himself once again in this luscious classy score. All his other animal-movie scores are really great but this is definitely my favourite. Grand americana style melodies fused with a strong JOHN BARRY influence make this CD one of the ultimate listening experiences for the lovers of the genre. It's really a pity that the CD is only 38 minutes long, because I assure you that you will want it to be longer. The 10 tracks are are masterfully assembled, making this a very pleasant and exciting listening experience. A must in every POLEDOURIS collection.
