One of the best TV scores ever!
by
Alex (July 10, 2006)
LoDuca is a versatile and impressive composer, and his scoring on "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys" is among his best work. The main theme is of course one of the best in television history, and many of the tracks (this review, by the way, is based on the 1st volume, not the others) are beautiful, such as "The Runners Part 1", "Destiny Theme", and a few others.
Some tracks use ethnic instruments or unusual sound effects, such as "The Slave Bar" and "Battle With The Beast". With over 34 tracks of solid music, LoDuca's score is a winner deserving a place in your collection.
