Frank Whaley Rollerskating

Which song is Frank Whaley rollerskating to by himself in the movie, in the scene just before he meets Jennifer Connoly and crashes in to the display.
It is a house version of "what the world needs now" by the carpenters I think, but I can't find the version anywhere.
