Planes Trains and Automobiles score by Ira Newborn
Is there a CD release of the Planes Trains and Automobiles score by Ira Newborn? I thought I heard that Ira Newborn released some of his score for the film. How can I find out, and where would I find a CD? Thanks!

No there is not. Take that from someone whose hunted for years.
There is a DVD rip which is almost completely SFX free.
There is also a FAKE "film music" promo around. Not only is it fake, but the tracks ... one is not even by him! But by one of the two "additional score" composers listed in the end (Brian Banks & Anthony Marianelli), one is a adaptation of a famous clasical piece (not sounds like, but a REAL adaptation), and the other is an instrumental arrangement of the song "Power to Believe" (with the train sound, because it's a DVD rip). The other is thatfamous cue (airport, train breaking down).
There is nothing, notta. And what more, that female vocal version of "Everytime You go Away" (Blue Room) is IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. It's like it doesn't exist outside the film.
