Fan-created bootleg.....I've seen this various places online. It was compiled from the tracks on the Meco album, the songs featured in the film were compiled from various sources, and the Bernstein tracks taken from the surround channel of the DVD.

wait!! there is more....the dvd has most of the Elmer tracks playing on several menu pages "isolated" on this disc....
