FIFTH CONTINENT RELEASES ON HDCD?

There was a notice on the Bernard Herrmann Society website that several Fifth Continent releases were to be remastered in HDCD. This would have been in the heyday of HDCD, at the turn of the new millenium. The titles mentioned were THE KENTUCKIAN, BATTLE OF NERETVA and THE NIGHT DIGGER. Did these ever eventuate or were they, like so many John Steven Lasher projects, unrealized?
