No, there never was an official cd version - just LP and Cassette. I have got the casstte version on EMI label but do like it and so would not part with it. There was a bootleg cd floating around a couple of years ago but who knows with christmas coming up it might be issued for the first time - the score is far superior to the film.

I have never known there to be a cd issue of this soundtrack other than a bootleg cd-r that did the rounds and as this database doesn't even have a year and country of issue (Or Picture) i still believe that there is no issue. The Music Master Films and shows reference book also states that only an lp and tape version were issued and deleted in 1987 and has anyone ever actually seen or got this on official cd from the mid eighties? - if so you would have a mega rare cd worth quite a bit of money. Send me a scanned picture of the cover and cd if you have and you'll make me a believer! (Apparently two have it in their collection)

Shamefully it has NEVER had a CD relase....and it's one of my favorite Mancini scores. Absolutely lovely music...Thank goodness I still have my cassette from back then.
