NYPD Blue theme song on blue badge shaped vinyl

Hello there. 10+ years ago I picked up a promo 45 with the NYPD Blue theme that is blue vinyl and shaped like an NYPD badge. I can't seem to find any reference to it anywhere & am curious if anyone knows of a way for me to find out how many of these were made. It was put out by American Gramaphone and there is a number etched into it, R15813-1. Thanks! Susan

It is from the 1994 or 1995 NARM convention. It was a promo that the label had made up to pass out to attendees in their "goodie" bags. I imagine that it was used in other promotional forums as well. I still have mine and happened to stumble upon your question almost 4 years after you asked it as I was researching a price for it.
