Maurice Jarre's Lawrence Of Arabia
22-Sep-2010 - Tadlow Music has released the world premiere recording of the complete score to Lawrence Of Arabia, composed by Maurice Jarre. This 2 CD set with a full colour booklet features over 140 minutes of music, performed by the Acclaimed and Award-Winning City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Nic Raine, and recorded from the original orchestrations by Gerard Schurmann from 1962. The 104 piece orchestra includes 3 Ondes Martenots, Cithare, 2 Grand Pianos, 2 Harps, 60 Strings and 11 Percussionists. The new score preparation is supervised by Leigh Phillips. The bonus material includes other great Maurice Jarre film & TV music, like Prancer, Dead Poets Society, Moon Over Parador, Ryan's Daughter, The Fixer, Firefox, to name a few.
