Sweet, Simply Brilliant! by Godwin Borg (May 29, 2005)
Maurizio Nichetti's "Palla Di Neve" (Snowball) narrates the story of a white dolphin that is chased allover by an old man (whose pension Snowball had swallowed, role played by none less than Paolo "Fantozzi" Villaggio), a mean sea-terrorist and of the children that rescue Snowball, a really sweet film with a really sweet score by Nichetti's fellow countryman Carlo Silioto. Rich in very great themes, arrangements and variation this score is also a very good listen on its own. If you are into clean fun family movies or films with an animal as main actor then also make sure not to miss this 1995 italian movie. As for the score, it's brilliant, buy it now if you love sweet, melodic music and dont mind an action tune every now and then! 5 out of 5 for both Siliotto and Nichetti.
