Song Featured in Episode 1x14 - "Forced Entry"

Can anyone tell me what the name of the song that is featured in the episode "Forced Entry" in Season 1, while Calleigh DuQuesne goes into the Canvas club to talk to the man about his "C" ring, and to bring him in. This scene was directly after Horatio caine was questioning the woman, Erin Murphy, about the vase that had allegedly been broken over a month ago.

The song in the club is in Spanish or Mexican, I think. I've been trying to track it down everywhere! It's very catchy. Would anyone also be able to tell me the name of the artist?
