PERFUME - technical help needed
Hello,
I recently bought PERFUME: THE STORY OF A MURDERER and have enjoyed the score quite a bit.
If you own the CD as well, you know that it allows you to download a further score track called "Experiment" in WMA format. Unfortunately I cannot play this file on my Apple computer.
So my question is to those who own the CD and downloaded the track as well:
Have you been able to convert the file into a WAV, AIFF, mp3 or AAC track?
If yes, I would be glad if you would be willing to share that converted file with me.
Thanks in advance,
Urs
P.S.: As I said, I do OWN the CD and the downloaded track. So what I am asking for is nothing illegal.

Very strange question, because if you have a MAC. WMA format is played by the Quictime player
(last version 7.2.0) without problems.
Eventually go to www.nch.com.au/switch (and get the free converter)

Thanks for the advice, however even with the latest QT I cannot play it (I also have Flip4Mac installed). The converter also doesn't cope with it. I assume it is a WMA with DRM. Grr.

I could not play it on my Vista machine either. The file downloaded fine, but it is "protected" and the protection would not allow it to play on my machine. I emailed them and they sent me an unprotected MP3 file.

Thanks a lot, Hammon. They responded within minutes. I got an unprotected WMA file though. But it plays fine.

Yeah, they were very friendly and helpful. I too was surprised at how fast a response I got.
