Searching for the "Menuet" track

We have the CD of Krzyzstof Komeda (the Complete recordings vol. 19) after years and
years of research!!!! But to our great sadness, there is not the track of the "menuet",
playing at the Van Krolock dance, by an old vampire at the harpsichord.
Should someone know if it was already released, or where we could find it.
