It's a bit more complicated than PayPal, but it appears to be safe. I never encountered any
problems with them.

first of all stop using caps...
now if it comes to pay an item on ebay, paypal is safer than bidpay that is if you dont receive your item within a month you can start a dispute on paypal and get your money back.
using any other meaning of payment on ebay makes you lose money if the item is lost or if it's a fake.
so ... the choice is yours!

Right Tom. How about explaining this to PayPal who refused to refund me after I received a
counterfeit Nikon product recently?
LOL

Well.........paypal retuned my payment to a stupid buyer, even when I had the CONFIRMATION of the postal office, saying the item was delivered and the buyer was the person who sign it.
Seems they have a rush for doing things backwards sometimes!

Paypal isn't that great either. One time a seller never sent out a book to me or merchandise to 20+ other people. Paypal said there was no money to refund. As of late, a seller sent me a supposed excellent soundtrack that looked like someone played frisbee w/it in a sandstorm. I offered to send it to paypal at my expense for examination and forward all the e-mails from the seller stating the condition. No way, paypal did not want the cd, the e-mails and told me they found in favor of the seller.

Anal Neurotic Bureaucracy... that's what it is.
I thought Bidpay was out of business. I guess not.
