Josie's Castle / Grass is always Greener

I am in the process of putting some of my soundtrack records (LPs) up for sale. I have been using Google to get a general guide to asking prices... and taking all that information with a few grains of salt...

However, I could find absolutely nothing about this soundtrack album anywhere.

The album I have was originally labeled "Grass is always Greener" on the front cover but has been covered up with a large sticker labeled "Josie's Castle". On the back cover it says: "Grass is always Greener" in big letters. Printed on the lower-right of the front cover is: "Demonstration Album". The label number of the cover is "Four Star Stereo FS AW - 1". On the record label it is "Mascott 51923/51924"

Does anyone know anything about this album?
