I'm sure a boot of a promo release (if not the entire score) will show up in sharities, if it's not already out there, so I wouldn't worry about this one too much.

Young IS planning a promo disc before year's end. It would be limited and probably available as his other promos have been, for a short time only,so is something to look forward to purchasing.
