I'd be curious, to know more about your defintion of an "american" score". Max Steiner and
Franz Waxman are neither from birth, nor from their musical background, anything less than
american.

Btw, didn't Georges Delerue use hints of the FNC in his score for "Day Of The Jackal"? Or were
this just source cues? And is this an american or a french score? Puzzling... ;-)
