CALIGULA DVD SET WITH EXPANDED SOUNDTRACK CD
Hallo.
a few weeks ago, a 4 DVD set of CALIGULA was anouncend and I was very happy, that it should included a expandet soundtrack cd with the comlete score.
Now i read in the FSM forum, that Penthouse have forbidden that cd- release.
Is that really true?
Idont hope so, because I was amazed about the possibillity to get finally that great score COMPLETE on cd.
Does everybody know if this message is really true?

As the company is releasing most of the Playboy videos, this could be quite true... ;-)
But the DVD is still scheduled for release on October 2nd. I'd stay optimistic.

Most probable... Image Entertainment has removed any reference to any music from the description of their upcoming Caligula *Imperial* DVD release.

Very disappointed to hear that... the music on the LP release is good.
I was really looking forward to the score being released on cd plus the unreleased 40 minutes of extra music as well.
I don't think I will buy the DVD now without the cd soundtrack.

That is also the ONLY reason I wanted to buy that set, if the score is no included I will NOT buy it.

Hallo.
It seems, at least there is a little comfort about the not included score cd: The complete isolated score is included on one dvd as "Easter Egg". It runs over 95 min.
But dont ask me, where or how you can find this "Easter Egg" (doesent know it by myself.But it exist)!
Better than nothing at all!
