Top Secret soundtrack

I have 'Songs From The Orginal Motion Picture Top Secret', with Val Kilmer, not the Maurice Jarre score. Which is more in demand? A lot of the listings on collectors sites just say 'Top Secret Soundtrack' and they seem to go either way.
Mine is on Passport, it's a Canadian pressing. (Already asked if this makes a difference re: my RAD soundtrack, never got an answer).
The cover and liner notes are a hoot! It's still sealed, so I'm reluctant to open it to play it (and I'm without a turntable). I don't really want to sell it, but I did decide to sell my vinyl to pay my dentist. :( Still thinking about this one, though.
