Awesome upcoming Japanese releases!

Hello fellow fans of Japanese film/TV soundtracks!

A few weeks ago I listed some upcoming new releases that I had heard about, but at the time there were no links to check out. So, as promised here are links on Amazon Japan to the pre-order pages. Some of these titles, on the Hotwax label, can probably be ordered later on Dusty Groove or Movie Grooves. But the others probably won't be available there. This batch of titles is particularly exciting to me, especially the first time release of the BGM music from the 70's Tokusatsu TV show "Barom 1". Also of interest to Tokusatsu fans should be the expanded 2 disc set of music from the legendary Tsubaraya show "Kaikei Daisakusen". The orginal OOP VAP disc of BGM music is very hard to find now.

Also of note is the new "composer series" of Hotwax titles that contain the full scores of films instead of the compilations that have been produced so far on Hotwax. I am waiting with baited breath for the first volume (I've already preordered it!) which will contain the complete scores for "Stray Cat Rock: Sex Hunter" (I hope it contains the main theme which was conspicuously absent from the disc that came with Hotwax book "Queens of Japanese Cinema"). It does however have the score from the Natsu Junko film "Bad Girl Mako" (a short suite of which appearded on Go Cinemania vol 4 "Screaming A Go-Go", I think).
