I couldn't agree with you more. This is one of my favourite scores and wrote a brief article on it for a magazine. I wouldn't know about complete though, there really isn't that much extra music to it for a three hour film. Probably similar to when Goldsmith scored about 35 -40 minutes of score for Patton.

I love the theme it gets you in a racing mood, and it's used alot. I wish they would release more from that movie as you mentioned it's a great score with envigorating themes that make you want to jump into a 60's F1 car
