I've been searching it also for years, and i believe it was never published.
The way i see it, the only way is to contact the producers of that song (see wikipedia) or the band to upload it...

I know this has been a while since the last post about this track but as far as I know, the instumental version was only ever released as a 'B Side' in Japan. I've been searching for this version for years but haven't come any closer than that. Someone on another site claimed they saw one on eBay for £58 (and rising) so i guess it's that rare! Good luck and if you find it...share it!!!
