BBC Documentary series "The Tower"

Does anyone know the name of the piece of opera that is used at the beginning of every episode in the recent ten part BBC series "The Tower".

It's about the physical and social transformation of a Thames-side 1970s tower block on the troubled inner city Pepys Estate in South London ?

The male voice is set to some stunning aerials that form the bulk of the opening titles.
