I'd recommend to check www.gemm.com and www.musicstack.com . Most international
sellers are present there.

Other than that, eBay is probably your best bet (patience pays off in the long run) unless you get lucky and find one for sale at one of the sites that David mentioned above.

Be sure to make sure you have plenty of £££ or $$$ for when you finally DO happen across the official promo edition (Intrada Records) - that is THE edition to seek out (ignore the bootlegs!!) - but it is like gold-dust.

Foolishly I parted with mine as I needed the money about a year ago.. miss it badly!

I thought it would be THAT seller before I looked at that link. I personally would avoid all rip off merchants like that. They are the worst most over-priced sellers of ebay and that's saying something! Wait a while, you'll get a more reasoably priced copy that you don't need to re-mortgage your house with.
