I don't know if it counts but...

Invader Zim: The Kevin Manthei Invader Zim-Phony Special (TV Series) (Limited Edition)
it has got 325 tracks

it's actually a mp3 soundtrack which is very limited and impossible to find. you need 5,5 hours to get though it.

If we're talking about single disc CD soundtracks, volumes 1 & 3 of the Famicom 20th Anniversary Soundtracks each have 99 tracks apiece.

For multi-disc sets, the OKAMI 5-CD soundtrack set has a whopping 218 tracks, all from the same game.

The Performance Records release of PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE.....almost the entire soundtrack of the movie (dialogue and all) as one 69 minute track.
