Desperado (1995) soundtrack...

Ok, I just recently watched Desperado (1995). There are 2 songs in the movie that aren't represented on the soundtrack. One is the Latin Playboys "Chinese Surprise", which is listed in the credits. The other one is not listed in the credits or on the soundtrack. Does anyone know what it is?

It plays at 19:00 into the movie, when the guy with the throwing knives is making a phone call. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
