TOUR OF DUTY (T.V series 1,2 & 3)

Hi soundtrack fans.
Recently I aquired the DVD's to the above series. I have looked high and low for any score relating to this series without success. I am particularly after the score/theme in regards the intro..........the DVD's I have do not have the rolling stones 'Paint it black' used during the intro which you might well assume as that I believe is how it was initially broadcast (My dvds are from hong kong ans as a consequence may be different)

If it helps the intro theme at times goes into an upbeat version of the end theme.........the one where you see American troops walking across an orange skyline.

Any help on this very obscure theme would be appreciated. I have drawn a blank via google and other enquiries. Thanks.

The music to the troops walking across orange skyline clip is just beautiful, by Joseph Conlon I think. I taped that very piece from TV to tape years ago and used to listen to it all the time. Sorry I can't help you anywhere else on this. There's just a lot of great TV music out there that isn't available I'm afraid!
