You can purchase this score through itunes, But I'm not sure if it's been released on cd?

As David Phoenix said, it seems that the soundtrack to 3:10 To Yuma is available through iTunes, but for the US costumers only (it's not available yet on the french version of iTunes for example, and it's the same case for Debney's Lair or Lennertz's Warhawk).

it's available on the french market on the virginmega store (www.virginmega.fr). And it's the same "crappy" music :-).

Yes, it's a shame that all those great scores are only available on a poor sounding format ('Medal Of Honor: Airborne' have its share of distorted sounding tracks)
