RARE soundtracks for sale on eBay (Safan, McKenzie, Dallwitz, more!)

I'm selling some of the CDs in my collection... including some VERY RARE collections and

short list is:
1. "Music by Burhard Dallwitz" - promo CD, never available for sale. Tracks from five of
his scores.
2. "Orchestral Film Music - Volume One" from Mark McKenzie - promo CD, never available
for sale. Tracks from six of his scores.
3. "Mission: Impossible 2" - CD given to guests at World Premiere, May 18 2000.
Features exclusive lenticular artwork on case.
4. "Major Payne" by Craig Safan - agency promo CD.
