Currently, there is a release on iTunes by New Line Records. However, based on the fact that one of the tracks by Shakira is listed as being available only on the album it may be that there will be a release of the CD (although quite likely that refers to the album of vocals by Shakira).

You will find 3 songs that Shakira wrote for the soundtrack, on her personal album "Oral Fixation" and you will find the musical score by Antonio Pinto on amazon.com in which you can purchase the beautiful score and add it to your itunes library. It is only 10.00 and well worth the price.
Hope you enjoyed the movie as much as I did, the musical score is even better at home with candles, and glass of wine and some pastels.

The soundtrack to 'Love In The Time Of Cholera' will be released, February 5th, 2008.
