Hero/Cavalry music

Hello

Bit of an odd one this... Im making a short film, and need a piece of music to accompany a heroic, "here-come-the-cavalry", racing to the rescue type scene, maybe choir...


So far I have listened to a few, but they come across as frenetic rather than awe-inspiring. Dances With Wolves fits nicely, but has the wrong tone. It ideally needs to be like the Eagles from LOTR ROTK, but again, doesn't sound contemporary. The one stand out bit that fits so far is from Jablonsky's Transformers, from the bit where the good robots arrive from space, and crash as meteors.

Anyone any better suggestions?
