KINGDOM OF HEAVEN Soundtrack - Song from Ending Scene

Remember the last scene of the movie, after Richard the Lionheart left, and then Balian looks up at Sibylla and they ride off into the hills? Theres a lovely song that makes a short appearance and then shifts to "Crusaders" from the soundtrack when the credits begin to roll. Its not in the soundtrack. Anyone know what it is?
