Kingdom of Heaven

Hi,
I recently watched the director’s cut of Kingdom of Heaven and realised that there are a number of titles in the movie which do not appear on the soundtrack. I have uncovered most of them (I think) but there is one piece I cannot track down. In the scene after the battle of Hattin Saladin kills Raynald of Châtillon and the underlying score seems to be an old church hymn. I believe it is German but I have not found any information on it. Can anyone help?
