I would recommend "The Western Film World Of Dimitri Tiomkin" Conducted by Laurie Johnson and released in 1988. Contains exerpts of many of his finest scores such as "Red River", "Duel In The Sun", "High Noon".
It's one of my favorites anyway.

Two more that I think are essential are LOST HORIZON The Classic Film Scores of Dimitri Tiomkin on RCA/BMG conducted by Charles Gerhardt leading the National Philharmonic Orchestra & THE FILM MUSIC OF Dimitri Tiomkin on the Columbia label which mixes some original soundtrack recordings with re-recordings of some of his more popular themes, like "Do not forsake me oh my Darling."

I'm not that much into Tiomkin but I like a compilation album of original soundtracks called 'The
Film Music of Dimitri Tiomkin' from 1988 (Columbia CK 44370). 26 tracks of great tunes;

I found it quite reasonably priced last year used on Amazon, for about the same price as a new
CD would cost (although the booklet had a stain on it). Anyway, highly recommended.
