That's too bad. Leonard Rosenman was one of the first film composers I became aware of when I first began listening to the music. His score to the only "Star Trek" film "The Voyage Home" he composed for is very good. "Robocop 2", "A Man Called Horse" and so many others. Read somewhere he and Jerry Goldsmith were good friends.

Rest in peace...
I wish his great horror scores for THE CAR (1978) and PROPHECY (1979) were released on CD soon.

What a Tragedy!!! I loved his scores for Rebel Without A Cause, East Of Eden and Barry Lyndon.
May he rest in peace.

How sad!! I love Leonard Rosenman's music so much.
Especially because I was able to meet the man personaly.
He was really one of the last greatest composers. RIP, Maestro.
