when the brothers composed the first album in 2000, they clearly were influenced by movies but they didn't composed it for any movie at all.
the music is so powerful & is so clearly made for movies that the entire album was used the next couple years after its release for teasers or trailers (the matrix reloaded, daredevil, minority report, planet of the apes, antwone fisher, spider-man, spy game, pirates of the caribbean...).
one track was used as the main titles for the tv series cold case.
