Question

Hi Guys, I dont think many would disagree that this is one of the great film scores. It is also a marvellous movie. Has anyone heard if a special edition of this movie is to be released this year on its 50th anniversary? I know its not strictly a film score question but the very poor version available at the moment is a real letdown.

A great score I agree. The LP of "Coogan's Bluff" contains on side two many previously unreleased cues from "The Big Country. The United Artists LP has a little over 30 minutes of the score. Have always wanted to hear the re-recording from 1986 of Tony Bremner conducting.

One of my favorites from the great American composer Jerome Moross.
