Question

Wich scores need to have a 2CD or expanded re-releases?

wich scores do you enjoyed so much, but only till you find out its only a little part of the music on the official release, and you are praying to God for have the complete score released?

I now can think of CONAN : THE BARBARIAN, or ALIEN 3, and BARMAN RETURNS...

- Novecento by Ennio Morricone (Bertolucci film)
- The 10 Commandments by Elmer Bernstein (there is a bootleg, but an original 2cd set would be great)
- White Christmas by Irving Berlin, there is a lot more music never issued.

That's all for now,

Greetings,

Sijbold

I'd like for more of the old CBS cue library to see the light of day. Much of it has been released but as far as I know the jazz cues from stuff like "Perry Mason" and other 50's television series has never been.

I have some CBS EZ Cue LP's my brother bought years ago with music by Fred Steiner, Rene Garriquenc and Nathan Van Cleave containing stock music heard in "The Fugive" and "Perry Mason" series that are something else.

Might be a good project for FSM if they are able to acquire the rights.

Most of the suggestions made are available as bootlegs buit the problem with them is the total lack of insert notes and the variable sound quality.
Tadlow Records have (at last) recorded a double CD of EL CID for release later this year (James Sedares recording on Koch was disappointing)
Perhaps as their next project they might consider the full score to THE FALL OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE or 55DAYS AT PEKING both by Tiomkin of course

I`d like to see a complete or at least a four disc collection of music for the TV series SPACE: 1999. There is a four disc collection but it is impossible to buy anymore.

Hello,

I would also love to add to my list an expanded remastered release of "Lawrence of Arabia" by Maurice Jarre.

What, no one mentioned Spartacus?

ttongue1, April 20, 2008; 12:05 PM

The Lion King (Hans Zimmer) would be my top choice!

I would definitely ask for Michael Kamen's 101 Dalmatians & Christopher Young's Set It Off. Those are my favorites, with many memorable songs that are missing.
