Need help identifying which soundtrack this is from?

Hi all,

I have been looking for the artist/title to this piece of music for a very long time - its been used a lot over the last 2 years in tv production, but i'm sure its from a film - It would be great to know so that I could buy the soundtrack!

It is generally used for epic moments, eg. shuttle take off, or some major challenge.
