how do you store your collection
I am trying to find a good way to store my Soundtrack collection, and I am having trouble finding a binder that has enough room to put the insert and booklets in as well as the CD. Just wondering what everyone else is using? Or if someone has suggestion on what I should do.
As it stands right now, I have all the CD's in a binder, and I remove all of the booklets and back covers and store them seperatly in a file folder
Thanks.

Underwears OUT all over the place... CD's IN all over the place!...
In drawers away from light & DUST as much as possible even though some are temporarily hanging out so to speak having a hell of a time with me... and nobody else!
I don't care much for displaying purposes unless a nice looking wooden cabinet with nice looking tinted glass doors could be found. Most probably this has to be a custom made job by some crafty Italian carpenter.
Piero Fornasetti should have looked into this...
If you can find a binder (leather would be great) that holds ALL three... CD, front and back inlay, I would like to know about that... without getting the damn CD scratched of course.

Having over 5,000 Cds - storage has been a problem. At one time I tried keeping them in binders but was forever having to shift Cds around to accomodate an artist's new release. I now store them in plastic sleeves - disc, sleeve & tray insert - the disc is slipped inside either a paper envelope or a trimmed plastic sleeve in which i've inserted a cloth like the ones you find in binders and then inserted behind the sleeve and in front of the tray sleeve - basically this method immitates a record. The Cds are then stored in 'Really Useful' plastic boxes. I hate Jewel Cases - they're unreliable and break easily. I do however keep my FSM releases in their jewel boxes - I'm not totally sure why...and of course any cds released in cardboard flips where the sleeve cannot be removed. It may sound complicated but the method works for me.

Haven't tried these myself, but this might be an option:

Not the cheapest sleeves I've seen, but they do have room for all the CD inserts.

Wow thanks for all the great advice! I think I will try piano632 suggestion. Unless, someone else comes up with a better idea. Thanks again.
