Soundtrack 'name' explaination

Sorry for the strange thread title, I had no idea how to title this question. So here it is. I have all the soundtracks from the tv show 'Lost', and I'm wondering if their is a site or something up and running that tells you what episode or scene each song is from. I mainly ask because many of Giacchino's titles are very strange, and don't point to the episode in specific. I would appreciate any help with this. Thanks.

In the CD's booklet, there's listed in which episode each track appears. Don't you own the Original Cds?

Actually no, I don't. I waited for a long time on the season 3 soundtrack to be released and never could find a release mention. So I just stumbled across it on iTunes the other night and downloaded it. On the other hand, I do own the first two season cd's, just not the third. It's the one that has the trickiest naming scheme.

Well, I guess for you it's too late now anyway, but there IS a Volume 3 (Season 3) 2CD set out there now: http://soundtrackcollector.com/catalog/soundtrackdetail.php?movieid=75655.
