Fright Night reflex cd owners
hi
i need some real infomations about the reflex records cd.
when was it available? where? photos will appreciated.
there has been a massive sale of home made cdr of this cd by a scammer on ebay lately. i'm not talking about the CBS bootleg but the reflex cd sold as an original.
now i'm trying to gather some infos for the paypal fraud dpt.

Why would Columbia Pictures / Sony license out Fright Night to a "label" in Japan to burn 150 limited edition CDR copies? In short, why all this interest in a bootleg? Anyway, Josh posted photos on FSM:

I'm also looking for an original copy of this CD! I'm the one who posted that post, linked in the upper post... I'm "nekromantik"! ;-)
I've also "ran" into that seller selling fraud ones, at ebay!
I sent him a message to ask him why he keeps writing it's the original one, as I knew it was a fraud. Here is what he replied:
"Hi there,
Shipping would be an additional $10. This cd never had an official release only underground. So if your asking if it was from that the answer is no and if it was the price would be $2000 or more! This cd is a fan club release and it was obtain from the source you speak of. The picture is posted in the description.
Thanks."

To put it bluntly the Reflex Records CD is a fraud as well. So why the uproar of a bootleg of a bootleg
Are you going to tell PayPal that the seller is selling an illegal copy of an illegal copy?
To me that's like calling the cops because someone sold you some bad grass. <Sorry I channeled Cheech and Chong for a moment>

there's a huge difference getting the reflex record cd even its a cd-r but factory made and a home made cd-r.

There maybe...but what came across (to me) in your posting was that you wanted to turn someone in for fraud on an illegal copy. It's more like saying I went to buy a counterfeit $50.00 but the guy shipped me a counterfeit $20.00 so now I'm calling the cops.
I agree with (in the sense) you think you are buying one thing and getting another. It is being sold on a public auction, and I agree the guy should be shut down. To me contacting CBS and EBay are the only things which would get him shut down, but at the same time ... if a Reflex Records version showed up on EBay it should be shut down as well for the same reasons.
You can’t have your cake and eat it too.
