It isn't often that studios bow to a re-release or a complete score release based on a fan petition, you would be best showing interest/emailing to other soundtrack labels such as Perseverance Records, La La Land or FSM on releasing the complete score to T2 or the possible liklelyhood of it ever happening.

I contacted LA LA Land and they said that they are planning to release an extended score and are trying to get the rights.
