Don't know myself, but check in with soundtrack.net periodically, they have a resource just for that very issue. Saved me headaches in the past, might help you. The trailer music for 'Swing Vote' is not yet posted there however, sorry, good luck though.

To follow up on this: It turns out that the music was written by Alex Collier and Joshua
Smoak, primarily for use in trailers. I wrote to Sunday Entertainment via their MySpace page,
and they were kind enough to send the following response:

i am the composer for the song final recess which can be found on the
music beyond site under the light drama cd at the bottom of the
page. i may put this song up in the next couple of weeks.

Lo and behold, there's that elusive song! You can stream the entire tune. Hopefully this will
show up for download on the Sunday Entertainment website before too long.
